FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where the work is done, who manages it, how we protect your files and how we charge.

Where is the work done?

By our engineering team in India: experienced designers and automation developers, managed day to day by our team leads there. Our US management handles scoping, weekly progress meetings, quality review, contracts and billing.

Who manages the work?

Both ends. Our team leads in India manage assignments and internal checks; our US management sets the scope, runs weekly alignment meetings and reviews deliverables. You have one US point of contact throughout.

How do you protect our files and designs?

NDA before any files are shared, company-managed accounts, access limited to your project team, and data deleted or returned when the project ends. You own everything we create for you once it’s paid for.

Can your team work on our computers?

Yes, with your IT team’s approval. Working remotely on your machines during your off-hours keeps files on your network and may avoid extra licenses. We’ll confirm license terms and access with you during scoping.

What if the work isn’t right?

If a deliverable doesn’t meet the agreed scope, we correct it at no charge.

How do you charge?

Fixed price for well-defined work, hourly with an agreed estimate for open-ended work, or a monthly rate for dedicated resources. Every engagement starts with a written Statement of Work.

Do you provide stamped or certified engineering?

No. We provide design, drafting and automation support. Your engineering team reviews and approves the work.

Do you work with ITAR or export-controlled data?

No. If your project involves ITAR- or EAR-controlled data, tell us before sharing any files.

Do we need our own DriveWorks or SOLIDWORKS licenses?

Usually yes for the finished product, since your team will run it. We’ll recommend the right setup during scoping.
