Every engagement follows the same six steps. You always know what is being done, by when, and against what scope.
The process
Six steps, from first call to handover
Fixed price for well-defined work, hourly with an agreed estimate for open-ended work, or a monthly rate for dedicated resources.

Step 1: Scope
A call to understand the work. We send a written Statement of Work with scope, schedule and either a fixed price or an hourly estimate.

Step 2: Kickoff
You share your standards, templates and files. We confirm the plan and who is working on it.

Step 3: Work overnight
The team works during your night. You get updates and deliverables in the morning.
- 04
Step 4: Weekly alignment
A short weekly meeting tracks progress against the SOW, open questions and any changes.
- 05
Step 5: Review and rework
You review the deliverables. Anything that doesn’t meet the agreed scope is corrected at no charge.

Step 6: Handover
You own the deliverables, in native files, once paid.

On our systems
We use our own software licenses and send you the files.
On your systems
With your IT team’s approval, our engineers can work directly on your machines through secure remote access during your off-hours. Your files never leave your network, and you may not need extra licenses.
Subject to your software license terms and IT policies. We’ll work through this during scoping.
Security and confidentiality
Your designs stay yours
You own everything we create for you once it’s paid for.
NDA first
An NDA is signed before any files are shared.
Company-managed accounts
Work is done on company-managed accounts, not personal ones.
Limited access
Only the people on your project can see your files.
Deleted or returned
Your data is deleted or returned at the end of each project.
Export control
We do not accept ITAR- or EAR-controlled data. If your project involves controlled data, tell us before sharing files.
