DriveWorks support and optimization

We fix, speed up and extend the DriveWorks project you already have, so it keeps up with your products.

The problem

Your DriveWorks project worked when it was built. Since then the products changed, the person who built it moved on, and now it is slow, fragile, or nobody wants to touch it.

What we do

  • Health check of rules, models, drawings and specification flow
  • Fixes for errors, failed generations and broken references
  • Performance work on slow model and drawing generation
  • New options, products and outputs added to existing projects
  • Clean-up and documentation of undocumented rules
  • Ongoing support on a monthly or as-needed basis

What you get

  • A written health-check report with prioritized fixes
  • Updated DriveWorks project files
  • Rules documentation for the parts we touched

You own the deliverables, in native files, once paid. Your engineers review and approve all work.

Good fit when…

  • The original developer is no longer available
  • Generation is slow or fails on some configurations
  • New products need to be added and nobody knows the rules

How it works

How a project runs

The full process
  1. Step 1: Scope

A call, then a written Statement of Work with scope, schedule and price.

  2. Step 2: Kickoff

You share standards, templates and files. We confirm the plan.

  3. Step 3: Work overnight

Send work at the end of your day. Review it at the start of the next.

  4. Step 4: Review weekly

Weekly alignment against the SOW. Anything off-scope is fixed free.

Questions about DriveWorks Support & Optimization

Can you work on a project someone else built?

Yes. Most support work starts that way. We begin with a health check so you know what you have before we change anything.
